After a brief clash between Thai and Cambodian soldiers at Chong Bok, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, in which one Cambodian soldier was killed, negotiations between the Thai and Cambodian army commanders were held yesterday (29 May 2015). To reach a common conclusion in 3 approaches: 1. Solving the border problem in the form of a Joint Boundary Committee (JBC), which will be expedited within 2 weeks. 2. Having the force retreat 200 meters from the clash point. 3. Building relationships between unit commanders to prevent further clashes in the area.
